At Vallfirest Tecnologías Forestales S.L. we strive to provide the highest quality equipment to our brave firefighters. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
General Return Conditions
- Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return it.
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Products: Some types of items cannot be returned, such as personalised products, sale items and security items that have been opened.
Returns Process
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to ship your package.
- Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping will be covered by us if the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In other cases, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 30 business days.
Refunds
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you still haven't received your refund after 30 business days, please double-check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially recorded. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds can be issued (if applicable). For example, any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges and Replacements
- Product Exchanges: We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected] and send your item to: Poligono Industrial, El Molinot, S/N, 08471, Vallgorguina (Barcelona, Spain).
- Exchanges for Different Product: If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, the difference in price (if applicable) must be paid before the new item is shipped.
