153.205 acres have burned so far this year in France, in a year in which all of Europe has been affected by Major Forest Fires. Given this reality, this year's edition of the Congrès National des Sapeurs Pompiers in Nancy dedicated part of its exhibitions to new technological advances that could help fire brigades to be more effective and efficient.
Within this framework, Vallfirest opted to present, among other products, the Heliskid: a compact and versatile extinguishing kit for light vehicles designed to facilitate direct attack maneuvers with a water line in remote areas. A device that can be transported by land or air, with a water capacity 6 times greater than that of a traditional kit and with a high-performance motorized pump.
During the congress, the French National television "Télévision Française 1" (TF1) came to visit us to record a short report on some of the best products that were exhibited in this current edition, focusing in our case on the Heliskid.
